Assuming no alarm clock malfunction, or me re-setting it while half asleep, because I'm having a dream about Neil Young ... um, like, happened this morning ... I'm currently on track for a mid to late afternoon arrival Thursday.
JWook: Hang in there with the repair effort!
Jim & Carolyn: Looking good around the fire .. you two should be on a magazine cover
To everyone on the road: Drive safely.

Why Full-Timing? Because at my age, I have maybe 40 more chances to see flowers bloom.

Arrived mid-day today and the weather was great until dinner time when the rain started. Have a beautiful campsite with pavers, wrought iron table and chairs, and a swing! Luckily we were able to cook several hotdogs over the fire before the rain came down. Wi-fi service is pretty good.
Stopped at Old Man's Cave before arriving at Scenic View and the parking lot had a lot of B's in it.

We made it a day earlier than planned. And guess what? I got my breaded pork tenderloin sandwich at Bush's Restaurant in Logan, OH tonight. No, it was not on the menu but Lee Howdyshell, the owner, was able to make one up special and it was delicious. Bush's is one of our caterers. BTW. I'd like to post photos but best laid plans failed me. I forgot to bring my camera to computer cable.
I will create a web gallery of photos though as soon as I can.

See y'all soon. Sandra
Sandra,
The earthern oven or bread and pizza class is a three class hands on building of an outdoor oven at the Mound school district community ed. It is being held at Gale Woods Farm, a working farm run by the local county regional parks systems. Gale Woods Farm is fairly close to our home in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. It should be fun. You can find my homemade pizzas and breads at my web site. If I ever build an outdoor oven for myself that would be an escalation in pizza and artisan bread making. We'll see how the class goes and how inspired I will be. In the meantime we have to lay down another 630 square feet of imported Italian porcelain tiles on our main floor after we get back from the rallies.
