usually you can bring your TT to any rockwood dealer, but in my experience I have found that most dealers will put you behind their true customers. That is why the RV I bought this time was with the dealer close to me

The quote in your signature cracked me up:

I feel great if I can get out of a visit to Camping World for less than $100.

I found the opposite...plus doesn't this dealer want to consider ME a TRUE customer someday?...

If a dealership acts this way for repair work for ANY customer...I'm not so sure I would want to be THEIR true anything.

You can go anywhere you want...and that's what's great about it...you do get to choose...and if you get treated like suggested above...well now you know I won't be buying ANYTHING from that dealership EVER.

I bought my Forest River Rockwood 8317SS in Ohio, and I have the warranty work done by a dealer in Lake Park GA who doesn't sell Rockwoods but sells Forest River Wildcats. I haven't had any problem getting in either.

We haven't had any problem getting our warranty work done at a dealer who sells Forest River products. He doesn't sell Rockwoods either. Our dealer went under last year so they aren't even an option.

We have found much better success getting work done at the dealer we bought it from when it is WARRANTY work. Otherwise, anyone!
