OEM is an acronym for any of the following:

Original equipment manufacturer, the original manufacturer of a product, which may be resold by another company

Office of Emergency Management, a general term for emergency management functions

Office for Emergency Management, a World War II function within the Executive Office of the United States Government

Object Exchange Model, a model for exchanging data between object-oriented databases

Oracle Enterprise Manager, a computer application that aims to manage software produced by Oracle Corporation

Hope this helps you!!

It also might stand for One Extra Moron. But in the case of a manufactured product, like just about everything involved with RV's, I would go with the ones that say Original Equipment Manufacturer. In other words, the people that built the unit to start in the beginning.
