Been looking around quite a bit for a new TT since ours was totaled by a storm. The problem is there are so many manufactures of TT's it is hard to know them all.
Here is what I am looking for. We would like a TT that has at least one slide out, bunk beds, a dinette, a couch, a separate queen bed, less than 28' in totally length, and under 5000lbs (4500lbs would be nice). I know that is had to work with, but maybe some of you know some makes that fit this bill. Thanks!

I have been looking at the KZ Spree's as of late. Great quality and nice floorplans. Keep in mind, as with most manufacturers, that the weight in the brochure is usually quite innacurately low. You can count on the trailer being a few hundred pounds heavier.
Take a look at the 245KS . It may fit your needs quite well. It has a U Shaped dinette slide with a hard slide king. Really nice.
John & Christine, I have seen the Spree 245KS and really like it. I am just worried about the cost. MSRP is over $25000. I just can't see spending that on a medium sized TT. I wish a dealer around me had one in stock so they could give me a price quote on one.
Funkygti, I like the 2701ss but it is over 32' long. The 2601ss is nice as well but it is over 29' long. I'd like to stay under 28'. The 2501ss is nice, but I don't like how you have to fold the couch up in order to use the bed.
We had a Aerolite 30BHSL, made by Dutchmen , which met all your requirements except being 2' longer than 28'. Kodiak also has the same floor plan, weights, etc. We enjoyed the trailer, and I could pull it at 70MPH in OD with my '99 Suburban TV on level ground or moderate grades. But when our grandsons' Dad and Mom got their own TT, we decided that Maw and I would go to a rear-living floorplan. The only problem we had was a slide leak when extended in the rain. Dutchmen had already discovered the problem and had engineered a fix which required slide removal to install. We had absolutely no problems with the dealer or Dutchmen, and had our trailer back in a week.

Heres some pricing info for you. Keep in mind that I have not really put my foot down on the negotiations yet.
I like the 210KS. We used to do a lot of boondocking before our last camper. We want to get back into it. I priced out the 210KS at a few places. I loaded it right up and it came in with a MSRP in the area of $25,200. I talked a little with a few dealers and got the price down to $20K. I also think thats a lot of $$ for a small trailer so I am not done negotiating a price. So I think you can do a lot better than $25K.
The thing is they are better made than anything in there class IMO. I have looked at all of them. Rockwood and Jayco are close to KZ. Keystone Outbacks arent bad either but I am not happy reading about the delam problems. I was totally unimpressed with the Kodiaks and the products from GulfStream and Coachmen. Once I saw the KZ I was ruined, I wont look back. Though the Cirrus models from Pilgrim look nice. Problem is theres no dealer near me.
I believe the Outback has a rear queen slide that would fit your needs and weights - I think the 26' version although I know the 28 for sure, but might be too heavy.
