Happy St. Pat's Day!!

What is everyone doing to celebrate? Anyone having a big party?
It is so windy I don't know if you could even stand in one place to watch a Parade.

Saturday we took visiting friends to the Mexican Flea Market on Conway. Then went to see & ride the hand pulled ferry at Los Ebanos.
Sunday Excalibur for .99 cent Margaritas from 5 - 7 P.M. Then Pepe's, (too busy to get served) then Riverside to watch the sun set over the Rio Grande River while sipping a Margarita on the patio. This morning breakfast at the Diaz Diner and we sent them on their way to South Padre to watch "GIRLS GONE WILD" on Spring Break.
I agree it is way to windy today. (Don't tell anyone I admitted it.)

Happy St Patty's Day all. We had a good parade at our park today. Had a few green beverages too.

We will start trying to leave the RGV this weekend. Just depends on the weather (wind). There are sure a lot of empty spaces in our park. Many have already headed north. We need to make a couple more runs to Progresso before we go. Gotta stock up on meds and liquor.

We have had the time of our lives here and we will go back to being old duds when we get home. But we have reseved our lot for next year so we will be thinking of the next 7 months as a preparation for next winter. Shirley was right. You feel just like a teenager when you're in the RGV.

Safe travels to all.

We plan to head out around the 26th or 27th. How many are going to Progresso this Friday for the winter Texan appreciation day?

Travel safe when you head out. Sure hope the winds stop soon.

We plan to go to Progreso on Friday. Maybe rvnetters should wear their t-shirts so we can find one another! We've never been but have heard it is a good time.See ya there!
