Force broke both legs, and one arm........he was airlifted to Dallas, Texas.

The crash involving John Force and Kenny Bernstein happened beyond the finish line.
Ennis, Texas is home to the annual NHRA Ennis Nationals, and is south of Dallas, TX.

It's a dangerous sport. I am sure he will be out and about, running his mouth, sooner rather than later.

John Force's daughter is also a funny car drag racer, and was on Jay Leno's -- Tonight Show on NBC a couple weeks ago. She stated that she doesn't always understand what he's saying, because he talks so fast.

He sure seems to have a lot of energy, and has absolutely been positive for the sport.

I hope he pulls through, without too much suffering pain or complication. Prayers from here for John and his family.

I met John and Ashley at the Norwalk event in July. They're nice people and great for the sport.I drag race and John and Warren Johnson are my hereos.

I watched the video and it looked like a tire blew at the finish line causing John to veer right into Bernstein and the wall.

Imagine having a tire let go at 320 mph.

My husband was a Force fan way back when he sold Mac Tools and John Force became associated with Mac Tools. Guys who bought Mac Tools really liked Force and my husband said he is a genuinely nice guy.

We pray that he recovers and gets back with his team.

John Force's drivetrain exploded and cut the car in half with the body and engine crashing into Kenny and Force in his roll cage hitting the guard rail in his lane. You could see Force with his chute open in his lane while the body with engine crashed into Kenny.
