We are Missionaries to Romania raising support all over the country. We have four kids and needed bunks in our 33 footer, so we are doing it ourselves, but finding mattresses with width no greater then 32" is been a chore. Any suggestions where to find some would be very very appreciated!!!Thanks

Buy a bigger piece of foam and cut it.

I just made bunk beds for my nieces and had the same problem.

I ordered a memory foam mattress from Overstock.com and cut both bunks from the same piece.

They have good prices and cheap shipping charges.

They have "no charge" shipping to you on UPS in the USA. The 4" model is $119.95 and the 6.5" is $159.95 (looking at the web site). Good luck to you and your ministry.

Check in the yellow pages if a larger city for a Foam Shop, most can get what you need.

If you are ever near Caledonia, NY (Rochester) call TSS foam products. They just made 4 mattresses and several couch cushions, etc. Some were dual and triple density. Prices are very reasonable.

I've had them make many things for me over the years. They can also make covers or upholstery for them.
