Looking for parts for my Kipor Generator. I have a KGE3500Ti and I am going to need some parts for it. Still testing to see exactly what parts I am going to need however it may be the inverter or stator that I am looking for. I am not getting any AC power. I am getting DC power though. I am looking for any insight on what might be my issue. Please respond if you have any ideas or know where I can get parts. Thanks for looking!

How long have you had your Kipor?

The warranty is for 2 years.

I don't think they've been in the US very long.

Had it for only 8 months and nothing but trouble. Bought it from Westcoastpowertools. Derrick seems to be the one that sold them. I tried to do the warranty thing however my serial numbers have been ground off. Derrick assures me that it isn't "hot". Now I am trying to fix the dang thing myself.

Serial #'s ground off? I'd be after the seller for fraud. If it came from the factory with serial #'s then you should get it with serial #'s intact!! Something isn't right about this! Check with your state AG's office of consumer protection.
