Oh my! So much to catch up on! Don't even know where to start. . . I've been working way too much! But someone's gotta pay for the toys!
Nice pics over Annapolis, Joanne.
Chris, sorry about your buddy's plane. My Son just started his new job at the Manned Flight Simulator here at Patuxent River. So far he likes it. He comes home and says "I sat in the simulator today." I ask him if they'd let him fly it; they tell him "not yet." So I guess it's still MS Flight Sim for him.
Scott, sorry to hear about the awful accident. I will keep them in my prayers.
I would add I'm a big kid at heart. . . .

I am a teddy bear (especially when my shirt is off).
Of course when I am working the citizens I interact with do not think I am so warm and fuzzy.

Two nights (or days) in a row I have watched judges during women's gymnastic's shaft, I mean, make a boo boo which has caused the US two gold medals.
Bella Karolyi called it right last night when Sacramone lost to a Chinese gymnast who fell and still had a better score. Tonight Liukin got the old stickeroo from the judges with another Chinese gymnast whose routine was certainly not on par with her's but they tied. Liukin lost to the computer for the tie but it never should have been that to begin with.
Oh, and it is obvious to a degree that some of the female Chinese gymnasts are hardly 16 years old which is the requirement of the Olympics.
Made in China.
Ya gotta love it.
ON EDIT....
It isn't about medals. It is about how these things affect the emotions of those involved.

Darn....hope everything is ok.
Her hubby will be out of town and she thinks it will be too much for just her and the piglets to try camping on their own in the pup.

Back from Disney and just in time - can't imagine if we would have planned to go this week instead. Had a great time - boy was it hot & crowded - I don't think we'll be taking any more August trips down there - at least not for a long time.
