NO rain, ok??
I made it out of Turkey into Afghanistan today (daytime arrivals always scare me, but we didn't get shot at). Unfortunately, the loading team put a hole in our loading ramp and we delayed until it could be repaired, which meant we didn't have the duty day to make it back to Germany (we're limited to 26-hours of duty per 'day').
So right now I'm in Manas Kyrgyzstan and we're supposed to head to Germany tomorrow.
BTW, I made my first idiot move with the new camper plug. I chilled the fridge last week and left it running (not expecting to fly and HOPING to start loading it) and when I checked it , the fridge was warm. Turns out I had the electric hooked up and failed to swap it over from propane, so if I make it to Elk Neck, I'll only have one 30-pound tank to run off of. hehehe
I'll keep you guys posted when I'm able.

I just checked online. Ours is correct for the days and site since cancelling Wed and Sunday nights.
Now I'm wondering how someone could cancel Bob and Gwen's site. She is right about having to know the CC #. Unless the rez agent was a complete idiot and cancelled without that confirmation information.
Hope ya'll can get that resolved Gwen.

Let's see. . . .last time I was in Hawaii in 1997, I was staying at Scholfield Barracks and it was raining. . . trying to remember what our Hawaiian rain gear looked like.. . .oh yeah! I remember now! We all ran outside in our bathing suits and played volleyball! Well, I ain't doing that here. . .it'll be to darn cold! I'll just bring my raincoat and umbrella. . .we can still sit around the campfire. . . .some how. . .with Phil, the firemeister. . . .
Phil the firemeister will be in the TT all bundled up with a warm drink if its crappy outside. I'm no glutton for punishment.
