Maybe you can make it more like a Survivor show in sync with the rain forest theme. In order to win prizes contestants need to eat insects and road kill and do other stupid things that are just a tad more than regular daily activities!

See some of ya'll tomorrow. They are callign for some wind too so the awning may not be coming out........... I heard on News4 this morning that the rain may stop around lunch time on SAturday. Keep your fingers crossed!!!

Hey Everyone,
We had to cancel our trip. Wit the Nor'Easter that is stirring up for Thursday (the day we would travel) and a sick dog at home I decided it would be best to cancel.
Thanks to Sharon and Frank for planning this thing again. Maybe we'll see you all at another event early next year.

Oh we are with you Joanne and Eric--we need this trip. Rain gear and boots packed!!
Matt and everyone we will miss you--especially Nick!! I guess we will have to wait until next year--but if this storm poops out, please make the trip if you can.

Pray for health for our family. Amanda was sick over the weekend, now Phil's home with a fever, headache and dizziness. I'm not feeling 100%...so hopefully this will all pass by Thursday night!
Or I may be sitting in the rain, looking miserable, curled in a blanket, trying not to breath on anyone.

Goodness, when it rain it pours, sounds like it may be literally. Best wish to all (even the pups) who are feeling under the weather.
Hubby will be working tomorrow night so I guess it will depend on what time he actually gets off work on Friday as to when we'll be hitting the road. I'm hoping that since they are calling for the rain that the other jobs will cancel, their night pour (he drives a cement truck) is indoor so that shouldn't be affected.
