Arrival Date: 9/24/2008 # Nights: 5
Site Name: 22

Now we have to wait a year. How can I take it? Need a time machine.
We actually booked site 27, not 24, so see if you can still get 24. No one on the list had 24 this year. Sorry about my previous typo!

Hugsfamily ~ Appears that Point Lookout is completely booked this weekend. I just realized that Monday is a holiday for me... So now I am looking for a place to go camping. Was thinking about Lancaster since Frank/Sharon said there was a nice corn maze up there... So many choice but just at the last minute might be tough...

Ah, I wish we could go this weekend, but DH has to work on Saturday. There aren't any decent campgrounds in our area close enough to his work to do a work weekend camping combo. There's something called Duncan Family Campground, but it gets horrible reviews. The KOA is 5 minutes from my house and far to expensive to an around the corner weekend. Can you hit Point Lookout Oct 18-21??? That's when we'll be going. The kids have off school on the 19th so were taking the day off too and going down on thursday PM.
Lancaster is a wonderful area to camp in. Wish DH could play hookey!!!!!

Hugsfamily ~ The full hookup sites are booked that weekend also! I had no clue they book up that much...
You must be up in the Crofton area if you are near the KOA. We go up there to go to the big mall every once in a while and my brother lives in Pasadena.

I think the tough part will be to find a campsite for this weekend. Didn't realize it would such a popular weekend. I have already called 3 campgrounds and they are booked. Only one I called up there is Old Mill so far..
