I suggest that since you live in Saginaw, which is less than 45 minutes from Vassar, you might want to drive over and check for yourself. It sounds like a nice place, and having been raised in Vassar, I can tell you it is a very nice area.

Anyone been here yet. Looking for a place to set my wife, her grandma and two kids up for a week while I am out of town for work.

They want to be close to Frankenmuth and the Jellystone park is pretty expensive. I have found Pine Ridge Campground and Krystal Lake Campground reasonable for price but I don't know how kid friendly they are.

Although my DH and I always stay at Pine Ridge when we want to be close to Frankenmuth I would not recommend it for kids. There is absolutly nothing to do for them...only an old playground.

Pine Ridge is a nice campground but as rwings said nothing for the kids to do...

Jellystone is nice but you have to get a deluxe site, the normal sites are very close together. You could try Berwagana in Vassar. We have not been there yet, we will probably go in a few weeks. Looks nice though with plenty to do for the kids.
