My buddy bought a 07 rhino today, so hopefully he will come out with me on sunday for a shakedown run.

No prob, looks like his wife might bring it out on sunday with us, but it will be a pretty mild break in run. We are both going to glamis the following weekend and two weeks later, so ill post some data!

Here is a great forum to ask questions about side x sides. I asked numerous questions before I purchased my Rhino.

I have an 05 Polaris Ranger that I bought new. Nothing like it in the woods. I have a 20 yr old son that thinks its his and drives it as such. If he cant tear it up no one can, that being said you might want to look at one of them too. Haul three in it all the power you want and a real tough machine. Know you asked about an artic cat, but thought you might want this feedback...Mark

Ok so we had a blast at Glamis with my Arcitc Cat, my Buddies Arctic cat and a 07 Rhino. All did great and went places they had no business going! I think the Rhino did a little better in the really soft stuff, its smaller tires and lighter weight were nice, the arctic cat road better, smoother and did better over the woops.

My buddy did break a tie rod on the night ride, stuffed it hard coming off a drop. Thats the second one he broke since he has had it. Luckily he had a spare with him and we swapped it out, so if you have a cat, get some spare tie rods, a cresent wrench and needle nose pliers to swap it out, its only a 10 min job. much easier than trying to tow it out of the dunes!
