Does anyone know how to turn on the heat on a duo therm? We cannot get the AC to turn off so we can turn on the heat in our Montana 3585. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be just changing the wall control - thermostat - via the mode button from ac to heat.

When you cycle through the "Mode" selection on the thermostat, stop when it comes to the "Heat" option, set the temp and you are good to go...if the propane is turned on.

tried using the mode button on the wall thermostat. Can't get the "furnace" to come on and "cool" stays on screen.

If its like ours its a rmote control and you have to change the mode button until it shows a little flame.

Sounds like the thermostat is dead.

Thank you everyone for your responses. I'm thinking our thermostat is not working.
