Can anyone give me some hints about mounting the Tornado on the 23B? It says to mount directly across from the outlet...but we can't because of the angle of the tank...can anyone help?
thanks

My Jayco 232 has the same tank and the same problem. I mounted my Tornado beside the level sensors on the same side as the tank drain. Not the optimal position by the couple times I used it I thought it work quite well.

I posted the same question and received various answers. One thing that was constant, was that there was not enough space on the angled slope to mount the Tornado unit.( The recommended location) Nor was the angled adapter enough to hold the Tornado sprayer level. I mounted it on the forward side of the black tank. Just left (passenger side) of the drain pipe. I then ran the clean rinse water tubing in the adjacent "Z" floor support. With this mounting, it seems to work well for us. I hope this helps.

I have a 23B, and mounted the "Quickie Flush" (similar to the Tornado) to the tank. I struggled with the position as well, and ended up putting it several inches back from the sensors, and a little higher than the instructions called for. It seems to work terrific. I also found it extremely helpful to buy a clear elbow to the waste hose in order to see when the water ran clear. No more guessing (and I am pretty uptight about these things.
Good luck with yours!

I put my flush device, it wasn't the Tornado, right through the oblong hole in the frame rail on the same side as the drain. I don't think my flush unit has as good a flow as the Tornado but it works great there. I consider it to be the best addition I have made to my 23b.

I have the Jayco 232, which has the same angled tank, and I mounted the Tornado across from the drain. If you search this forum for tornado and 232 another user, I think Ranger431, posted some pictures for me of his mounted opposite the drain back in April or May. With those as a guide I did the same, the Tornado does point up slightly but it does work fine.

Here are the pictures - there was a "wedge" adpater that came with my set. It's been on for a whole season, and used alot and works great.
