We looked at used Diesels as well but we wanted to continue the RV life style without a break so we decided to trade in with a dealer which sort of ruled out the used diesel route. (Those available in our price bracket were decidedly shabby) This is why we went with a newer gas. In 3 years or so we will be in the market for a newish used diesel.
