I'm selling my trailer for a bigger, new model. Of course, I'm in the wrong season in Utah to sell, but would like to post it for sale in California & Arizona. What would you guys recommend?

Thanks,

Brad

I sold mine on eBay in two days. I canceled the auction "because it sold" and avoided all the bidding etc. Guy came and picked it up and gave me cash me money.

Craigslist.org is another site that gets alot of activity.

I once bought an old travel trailer locally for $900 (what it was worth) I sold it on ebay for $2100. I had it listed it on craigslist and the highest offer I got was $500.

I think eBay is a good option as long as you make some accommodations for Californians and Arizonians (they don't like driving that far). Also make sure you put a reserve on your listing.

Craigslist was a waste of time. There is a lot of activity and a lot of offers but all of them were pretty insulting. Craigslist is for people who are looking for an insane good deal. The sellers on craigslist usually sell there instead of eBay etc. because they need money right now...not in a week. That's the buyer mentality on CL, they will never ever give you anywhere close to your asking price.

"Oh my god, what happened baby?"
"Gator."
"What?"
"Sand Gator."
"Really?"
"Would I lie to you?"
