Anyone on here have the new Raptor 3600RL model with the 1/2 garage? Looking for some input. My wife and I stopped by a local dealer to look at the Raptor and found the RL model. We really like the other half of the garage being turned into an extra living area for the kids.....especially teens! I realize that losing half of the garage might be a terrible thought to some people on here, but it is still big enough to hold a golf cart and some bikes. One could probably come up with some creative bike storage in the overhead. If anyone has one of these, I would greatly appreciate your thoughts. I've narrowed down to 3 different Toy Haulers to replace my class C.

If I only carried one motorcycle vs our usual two, I'd be pulling a 3600RL. That rear den is really neat with the plasma tv and the mini fridge. Keystone makes a good product and some really nice floor plans. I bought a Fuzion and I'm really impressed with the quality of the Keystone products.

Good luck with your TH search.

I saw it too and it looked perfect for our particular needs - one question for those who have seen it in person - is the rear den area a full height ceiling? It looks shorter in the photos...

When I looked at the RL,it seemed to me that the ceiling was full height. At least I didn't notice anything low about the ceiling. But, it is possible that I was looking at the extra fridge, hide-a-bed sofa, flat screen tv and wet bar.

I like the concept of the RL also, but think that Keystone missed by not making the additional rear living area (the other half of the Garage) into a slide out bunk room (with decent size bunks). This would make for a perfect trailer for my family needs. I have suggested this to Keystone via their website.

The roof is full height but the slide is lower, similar to the other slides. If the RL was out when we bought our 3712 we would have really considered it. Having an infant when we bought it would have been nice to remove the hide-a-bed and replace it with a crib and small glider chair for the baby.

Next time I guess.

If someone has the 3600RL can they tell me the width of the garage. I have been shopping for a toy hauler and I saw this unit on the dealers lot and blew it off thinking is was not wide enough for my golf cart. Plus there was a diamond plate angled duct obstruction on the floor next to the outside wall about half way into the garage that was obviously associated to the fuel station fill.

I loved the camper but did not even think my golf cart would come even close to fitting so did not measure. Hmmm, I also wondered how I would get out of the cart after driving it in.

This might help....... I would assume that the golf cart was put in the pic to show it would fit? But then again it could have been just luck. I'm going next week to look at the 3600 again. I'll measure the width of the garage and let you know.
