Your lot loks nice waverunner. We haven't spent much time in the Florida area yet but hope to after a couple of winters touring Mexico. So many places to go and only 6 months a year to do it. Looking forward to being fully retired some day but thats 3 or 4 years away. Hopefully by the time I'm fifty though.
You hit it on the head. Different strokes for different folks. We wandered all over the coasts of Florida and stayed in a lot of parks and said when we found one we really liked, we would put down roots. When you move from place to place, you are always a visitor. Our best friends in the world are the people we have gotten to know in our campground at Melbourne Beach. We put our rv on it for several years and two years ago bought a used park model as our 31 foot C kept getting smaller every winter!!!! We have been in every state in our rv except Hawaii and am trying to figure out how to get it there!!! We fell in love with the cg and that is why we bought and glad we did before the prices spided about 4 years ago! Could not affort it now. Good hunting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We own a lot in So Cal at a resort. Our mothers are there, and there is no decent place to stay. We have owned it for 8 years and rent it occasionally. It is a prime 75'x 90'lot on the end, across the street from the clubhouse and pool...block wall on 2 sides, cement pad, grass and a tree. We have done nothing to it, that way, if we sell it, the new owners can build a house if they like
We have used it for maybe 8 months total. Works for us.
