I have a 2006 41' All American Sport and ripped my rear jack stabilizers off last weekend. I want to see if anybody has done to their TH what I want to do with mine. I want to get 2 flange bearings that are 3/4 inch in diameter and bolt them thru the rear inside frame. I then want to get a piece of 3/4 inch round stock that will go thru the 2 steel casters and into the bearings and act as rollers on the back of the TH and stop from dragging the back bumper . I will put a cotter pin thru the round stock to prevent the casters from moving on the shaft. I then need to buy 2 new stabilizer jacks and move them forward of the rollers. I will post some pictures of the entire job when done if this will work.

Have you considered flipping the axles to gain a little extra clearance? I did it with mine and got about 4 inches of extra height and no more dragging.

I'm new to this forum and also to toy haulers, just bought a new 2008 Weekend Warrior LED3505. Was wondering if it was normal to have rear stablizers on the trailer. Are they required, and if so, before I pick up the unit this week, what type should I have installed.

Thanks

They are already on the TH

Edit- actually it is an option but almost all of them come with the rear and it is already added in to the selling price.

Do you have the build sheet?

It's not listed, but to be honest, I didnt look at the TH for them, until I read all your emails. I'll have to look today when I meet with the dealer again. Are they typically a manual screw type of automatic?

Thanks,
Mike

I ripped one stabalizer off on our first trip and the other one off on the second trip. Flipped the axles before the third trip and have not had a problem since. I suppose the casters would work but if the back is dragging often I think it would be hard on the trailer.
