Yea for me!!! I just got back from the doctor. My total cholesterol is 131 with anything under 155 considered excellent. My HDL (Good stuff) is 44 with excellent being anything over 40 and my LDL (bad stuff) is at 70 with under 100 being good and 70 being excellent. Only downside was a slightly elevated blood pressure, but he said it was not enough to be concerned. All this healthy eating is paying off.
Both retired. 1 year until son finishes college, then financial freedom! We lost Max, the Schnoodle after 16 wonderful years but now enjoy Nicklaus Von Schnoodle (Nicky), who is a full time job. Our new Allegro Bay 34 XB is wonderful.

Congratulations! What specifically have you bee doing differently? DH and I have been dieting since the beginning of the year. Both of us have lost a good amount of weight. It will be interesting to see DH's numbers when he goes for his annual check up next month.

Even when I take my pills my numbers are about double that. My blood is like tooth paste and I don't eat that bad. Hence, I've convinced myself it is a waste of time to diet.
