That's a GREAT idea. It's worth purchasing more candy just for the troops.

Last night, we stopped for the night in Andersonville, GA. The city owned RV park is tiny and out of the way. We had not purchased any candy, nor did we have anyone come by.

What a great project. A local dentist is offering to purchase any leftover candy for $1.00/pound. He's sending it all to the troops.

Send the over here. Having 3 sons (2 still at home) never had a problem with leftover food.

Youth groups at church always need something to snack on, they would appreciate it!

I didn't buy any, but did buy some 1/2 price at WalMart this morning. Will send it to work with dd or dh.
