Someone mentioned Lake Kissimmee State Park earlier. It's a great place to camp. Below is a picture of the site we had there. Lots of space between sites.
MartyB, you may want to look at CB Smith or Markam Park in Broward County they are both county parks, and if I remember, if you're from Palm Beach, you will get residential rates. They are full-hookup parks. Since you say you gat a PUP, can I assume you don't need sewer? If so, and if you like more rustic parks, you may want to try Manatee Springs State Park. It's not that much farther than Lake Wales, the sites are back in the woods, and it has the spring and the Suwanee River. Johnathan Dickenson State Park right there in Palm Beach used to be pretty nice, but I haven't been there in a very long time.
Hanna Park in Jacksonville is a nice park very shady and good sized spots with full hook ups. The sites are not located on the beach but it's just a short walk to the sand and surf.

We went to Lake Wales last weekend ( been going there for years tent camping) and had a blast BUT, are there any CG's in Florida that the campers aren't stacked on top of each other like sardines. I don't even mind paying a few extra bucks for the extra space. Where we went we were parked on grass, had a small concrete pad and three feet off the pad was the next rv. I felt like asking them to pass the Grey Poupon. I don't mean to bash this place as I have been going there for years any really do like the prople but a little room would be nice.
Any suggestions?
We stayed at Florida Caverns State Park and thought that the sites were large and level. this is over on the Gulf side near Marianess
We'll be staying at St Andrews this coming December. Sites are closer together, but there is alot of vegetation between sites
