A friend of mine is thinking about buying a TT and working from "home". The issue is that his company requires an office with a seperate door to allow this. I know some of the 40' Jayco models have a bunkhouse with a dinette inside that would probably qualify for him, or he could take one of the bunkbeds out of a bunk house to put in a desk for his office area. Any other ideas? Any TTs from any manufacturers that already have a seperate office with door as an option?

Just starting out so the map looks sparse... I've been to 49 states, but they only count here if I've been in the new TT!

Well, not to be too humorous - I use my Casita for living and my Chevy Express van as my office(computer with aircard) and it certainly has separate doors from my living space.

My Old 2002 Sunnybrook would have been perfect if you took the bunks out:

I don't know if this would apply in your case, but I'll throw it out there. My neighbor works for a company that also required a separate door/entrance to work from a home office. They were referring to his "stick built" main residence. He parked the TT next to his home, and the TT became his separate entrance. They only wanted a separate entrance if he was going to have his office inside the main home, so the TT qualified as separate.

I saw one at a campground where the woman used a toy box to make her office. Furniture inside was arranged so they could carry their bikes back there when they were traveling.

The toy hauler sounds like a great idea! Thanks everyone!

P.S. - just for further clarification, it's not a seperate ENTRANCE that's required, just a seperate room with a door that can be shut to close it from the rest of the house (trailer?).
