I'm not sure exactly where to post this, but here goes. I know there is a lot of posts out there about bubbles in your rubber roofs. I just basically need a "show of hands". How many of you have had bubbles in your rubber roofs on a new RV? Which company and did it ever develop a problem? Thanks!

and the headwinds be not strong.
May the fuel be not on empty,
and the road to camp not long.

We have them and bought the unit new. I ask the dealership to document it and they took pictures of it just in case. Look at the sig and no we haven't had any problems at all.

I had some on my Coachmen which I towed for over 40,000 miles in 3 years with no problem ever experienced. If the bubbles are relatively small (like less than four or five inches across, they rarely cause problems. Good luck / Skip

I have had then on the past 2 Keystone 5ers, never developed any further than the small bubbles. Do I think they should even be there. NO

All membrane roofing systems have bubbles from some roofing experience. That is no different with an RV. Moisture gets traps and expands when heated.

Several bubbbles on my new Thor Wild Thing. Dealer says no problem, causes by expansion/contraction of the membrane.

Other than a sighting a couple of years ago along I5 where the roofing material was billowing up like a sail, I have never seen a problem. Mine has bubbles along the wood underlayment seams. I keep looking at it, but it never changes, so I leave it alone.

You'll find several references online. dicor.com
rubber roofs, by Phred Tinseth

are two. From my amateur research, I found that if a "bubble" is less than 2'X3' its best left alone. Puncuturing the membrane invites another set of issues.
