I rented one of those Winnies in 1972 to take a camping vacation with 7 kids. What a hoot UNTIL the water tank sprung a leak and got every thing in the back wet. It also rained in Kamloops and we kicked the kids out to play when we even saw a sliver of sunlight. It was a fun trip even with all that. One of many we had with 7 kids.

obviously a photo-shopped picture.

Saw this one the other day in the K-Mart parking lot in Marathon in the Florida Keys. No people were about but there were two dogs sitting in the driver and passenger seats.

I had heard the Keys were not RV-friendly. That one will only make matters worse.

Well, well, well, I might agree there should be a term, trailer trash. But this guy might be doing the best he can to enjoy his life. Or, he is thumbing his nose to the world? Strange, looks like a A/C above the perhaps the chicken coop. Guess there will be a chicken in every pot.

Wow, I just spent 2 hours looking at 20 pages of some of the ugliest/coolest campers.
When I was young there was a Bugabago that drove around Hutchinson, it was pretty cool.
I also half expected to see our camper in here.
Thanks for all of the great pics.

I suspect these folks think they own a little piece of heaven. Who is to say they don't? It is just not the same piece I desire to own.
