Looks good.
First you should call the park and explain what you are considering. Are they OK with it? Are they financially sound? Then call Coast Resorts as well as RPI and do the same.

if I read this right it's going to cost 45.00 + a onetime fee 125.00 for the Home Park membership and you have to pay the yearly fee 89.95 for Coast to coast and 69.00 for RBI
"Home Park Membership. FROZEN DUES. Coast to Coast affiliated ($89.95 yearly) and RPI affiliated ($69.00 yearly) . Use NACO and Leisure Time Resorts too! Original Cost $2995.00. YOUR COST: Winning bid + $9.00 S&H, one-time $125.00 transfer fee, Home Park dues FROZEN at only $39.00 yearly: plus the yearly fee for Coast to Coast and/or RPI; **OUT CLAUSE in writing**."
You can USUALLY find a number of expensive campground memberships on Ebay or Craigs List, often for pennies on the dollar. Ask yourself "why"? Good luck / Skip
I purchased a campground membership on eBay and it took "an act of congress" to get out from under it.
It was my fault by not reading the small print but when we decided that the membership wasn't for us, we found out we had missed the small-print and that we signed a life-long commitment.
It wasn't until we threatened a report to the Attorney General's office in their area, did they let us out of the contract.
Again, my fault for not reading but I did find out that many of these campgrounds have changed their policy about the life-long contract because of pressure from the State where they sell.
Be carefull!!
