I was trying to finish winterizing my 30 class c today. When I try to hook up the winterizing kit to the pump I don;t have enough clearance from my fresh water tank to fit both the three way valve and the male female adapter. If i try and screw it on it hits the fresh water tank.

When i realized that i decided to put a heater in the motorhome. I hooked up the shore power to the usual outlet in my garage but have no power in the motor home.

Any ideas about either of my problems would be greatly appreciated

1. You may have to install some sort of extention to gain the needed clearance.

2. Have you check you shore power's breaker box and checked the GFI's in the circuit?

Get a short nipple then it will clear the tank.

Loosen the pump mounting screws and move the pump until you have the fittings installed. Then remount the pump.
