I'm thinking of upgrading to a new lightweight 26FS Thor Toy Hauler. We looked at one and it is really nice and perfect for us, I just don't WW type issues.

RIP Bubba and Toby, we love you.
Just don't forget that Thor is the parent company of Keystone(Raptor), Crossroads(Cross Terrain), and Dutchman(Victory Lane/Winners Circle).
With that being said, I LOVE the quality of my Victory Lane. I just wish I'd have waited a year and got the 16" wheels from the factory.
It would make sense to me that since the parent company's name is on it, they might pay a little better attention to the quality, but that's just a guess.
What issues are you having with your WW?
My THOR Vortex has been great so far--- although my heater went out this weekend in 32* weather (wife was not happy)! But that's a Suburban issue not THOR
Our Thor of Calif Wanderer hybrid toyhauler has been just great so far. No real issues in over 40,000 miles. We did replace Carlisle tires with Coopers upon purchase (Carlisles make great tree rope swings for grandkids) just to be safe.

Funny thing, our heater would NOT work on Fri. night, 30* outside, 42* inside. Worked O K Sat. night.
Been happy with our Wanderer, which is the lower priced unit,
A bunch of minor issues on first trip, 2 trips to the Dealer has solved most of the issues, we have fixed a bunch or minor details
ourselves (mostly cosmetic things). I have to fix the floor in the storage, the seal around the compartment door has leaked and damaged the plywood under the linoleum.
The only major things we have changed out are the tires (Carlisles) and the batteries went south after 3 years, and the water pump to a higher volume unit.
There are 3 other Thor units that camp with Us, all of them Thor Transports, they all are happy with theirs, 2 of them are 5+ years old.

I have owned 3 Thor products. Two 21WTB toyboxes and a Vortex Viper 277WTB. I really like these trailers and am happy with the fit and finish. My neighbor just purchased a Razor fifth wheel and his "shakedown" trip went perfectly. Enjoy shopping for a trailer, it is one of the most fun parts.

Just recently purchased the Thor 28SG M5 30' Wild Thing 5'er and love it! 3 trips and only one minor problem so far, the 30 Amp main 12 volt relay between the Batteries and converter took a dump. Replaced it with a new one a no further problems. Quality seems to be very good. Hope this helps.

I have the Tahoe 26FS. I absolutely love it. It will pull much easier than your WW. Plenty of space for stuff and big garage for toys. Also, the swivel rockers are very comfy. Steer clear of the BOSS sound system. It takes away overhead storage, and the amp only works when genny on or w/ shore power. Tahoe and Vortex are exactly the same, only different graphics and fabrics. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
