Dec. 8th sounds like a good date. Oco might be the way to go! I also just got an 05 crf230 for my wife. I think most of the people will be occupied with shopping and parties so not many people out there then.
Nowhere. I just picked up my meat order (60+ lbs of pork shoulder, 12+ lbs of pork fat, 8 lbs of veal, 8 lbs of chicken, hog casings, plus all the spices). I'll be grinding, stuffing, linking, poaching, smoking, and grilling all week. The 8th is party night. Hold all my calls on the 9th.
