I'd do what is comfortable for you now. Continue as you are, and don't make any big changes until you have a chance to know what is right for you.

You'll know when it is time to change or move on. Good luck.

Can't imagine RVing with my DW and we've discussed the problem. Decision we've come to is that I'm going first

I doubt I could ever find another as perfect for me as my DH. I'd have to go it alone.

And, like Skip N Barb Team, I don't have either the patience or stamina to train one.

For myself, I would have to down size, can't see me pulling the 36' 5th wheel, well pulling maybe, put backing no way. I have pulled on the freeway and roadways. I also think that women think differently than men about the spouse replacement issue. I have found that with friends who have lost their mates, the men seem to seek replacement sooner than the ladies.

I will be in a small leather pouch around the DH's neck, we have talked about this and decided this is best.

I would try it on my own, but it might be a little scary to be a lone female on the road.

Funny thing my DW and I just had this discussion a few days ago.
The odds sat that I'll go first, but we never know. She would definitely have to go to a B or C as I can't see her pulling the TT. I encourage her to continue there is to much of our great country to see and there are so many good people that Rv, the company would be good for her. It's up to her if she goes it alone or finds someone, I would want her to be happy.
If it's me that is left I think I would like to move up to a C , and hit the road most of the year. I say I'd never marry again, after 44 years, but life takes many unexpected turns. Jerry

I lost my wife after 36 years. Don't ever say you will never remarry. Just remember doors close and doors open. Live today as if its your last day. Tomorrow is not for sure. GBY....

ON a more serious note we often see folks RVing alone in a campground and they invariably sit out their lost mates chair under the awning. It makes me very sad and very thankful I still have the love of my live with me.
