So - I got a call from the sales manager who informed me that WW has closed to reorganize - and that they would be reopening in a few months. We I pushed him on this and what I had been told! he than
said that their dealership would be offering warranty to cover the new tt'S with a $25 co-pay. That they would be dealing on the price -

How can they sale a unit - and not tell the potential new buyer that WW is no more! and this be legal! Does not seem right!

I assume the lawyers have folded up their tents and gone home now that there's no manufacturer left to bilk? Is that correct? Is the class action effort kaput now?
