Well glad I called them. I just talked to Jamie and mentioned the rumors and my concern with my trailer. She said they have NOT shut the doors, they have only suspended warranty work. My trailer is being fixed as we speak and it is scheduled to be done on July 7th and she will get back to me to let me know if they will be able to get it shipped out on the 8th and to me by the 11th.
I feel a little better now BUT I will feel a lot better when my trailer is back in my driveway.

I wonder what is going on with my FS2500 that is at their factory getting fixed. I talked to Jim I guess it was on Monday about what was going on and at that time I said they where hoping to get my trailer back to me before July 11th weekend so I can go on the trip I have planned but with the Tues and Wed events with them closing im wondering whats going to happen. Its not like I can go pick my trailer up, its 1700 miles away from me...

I live not to far from the plant and will be headed that way tomorrow I will see if there still open. A friend who worked there just got layed off last week and he was told two different things. He was told they have a cash flow problem and they are trying to fix the problem. He was also told not to hold his breath to look a new job. He was a plant foreman has been there for years. So who knows I hear from a high up from Skyline he says W.W.will file BK. but then he works for the Competition.

Just got my 26' Superlight back from WW. They did a bunch of warranty repairs including the tongue reinforcement and the axle/hanger reinforcement. Everything looks good (except the way they bent the black pipe gas line to clear the new tongue brace). They even fixed a few things that were just normal wear and tear items and recaulked a bunch of stuff. I'm happy with the way they handled my repairs, all things considered.
I took my trailer into Giant RV (the dealer I bought it from) and they handled everything. All repairs, including transport to WW were completed in under 2 weeks, and completely free. Finally something good comes my way

This is a stellar company folks with a great founder/owner and leader! Just look at the work they are still performing for their customers (these recent posts above) when others have thrown in the towel. What a great company, wish them the very best, pray for Mark if you can, cheer him on. I am flying their banner high! You can't keep good man down!! We need Weekend Warrior, they are an icon of the industry!

I had called to bring in my 2008 26'WW for repairs again and have been told they will not even look at it unless I want to pay for it myself. I have had this unit for about a year adn it has been in the shop for probably 8 months during that year. Every time I take it in, I get told they have to wait on parts or authorization and basic repairs take 2 months or longer. I have even got to the point that I try to schedule my trips around service trips. I started with a list of nearly 30 items when I bought this new. I still have several issues and now I cannot get those repaired unless I want to pay for it. They say there is a chance that WW will refund the money I spend but if the go Bank Rupt I will just be out of luck. I do regret buying this unit. My last was a 23' light weight and the front nose section was seperating so I traded it in as it was still under warranty. I traded it in for this mess. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Three choices: get handy and fix it yourself, Pay someone to fix it, or hope WW pulls this out. I wouldn't wait on someone else, I would start fixing what I can, so I could enjoy the trailer. I know that doesn't make the situation any better, but I wouldn't hold up any trips because my trailer has things wrong with it. RV repair places are pretty reasonable on rates, compared to other forms of repair places.
Good Luck.

30 items?
sounds like you may be a little picky. I fell for any company thats sells to you.
I agree with Alx, you need to get a little handy.

Well I got my WW FS2500 back yesterday from the WW factory in Cali. They had a truck deliver it to my house and I have to say I am VERY VERY happy with work they did.
