Has anyone heard of or done business with the subject entity? They offer the following deal: The seller(owner of the coach) puts up $300- up front to Sellitnow. They advertise on e-bay.at the price the owner wants. If the coach does not sell in 30 days, the owner gets the $300- refunded and Sellitnow continues to look for buyers for as long as it takes to sell it while the coach in in the seller's poseession. They claim to make most of their money financing the deal with the eventual buyer.I am leary of the deal/company. Tried to check them out with the BBB and other inquirees. No Luck. Any inputs from the Open Roads world???

From just the information on your post. All I see are RED FLAGS. Do a LOT more checking before you lay out $300.

Money up front for anyone's service, no matter what that may be, is always a bad idea and should be viewed the same...

Good chance you will be out $300.If you want to sell call Dream Finders, no up front money and only 1% when it sells. They market your coach, take all of the calls and only send you the serious,qualified buyers. I still have their number somewhere, pm me if you want it.

I am also trying to sell my pop up and came across this company. $199 to list with money back if not sold in 90 days. Has anyone used them? Seems too good to be true. Especially since they also guarantee your asking price !

in today's market a guarantee is worth the paper it is printed on, nothing more IMHO. too many of us are parked in front of the computer instead of out buying. Try selling November 5 when the market knows more about the future of the modern world
