Mental note to self; Re-jet quads and bikes b 4 going to Marysville.

Also was checking some of the campgrounds rules and found that there are no campfires allowed except in certain places. Does that mean not even if you have your own fire pit with you.

Marysvales newest rv park is on the north end of town as you go over the hill on the left hand side. The name of the park is going to be South Forty Rv Park and Their web site is: southfortyrvpark.net
The owners are Jim & Terri Peterson

Thanks Terrijean. We checked the web site it looks good but looks like Ruby's Inn now down at Bryce Canyon July 5th - 10th. This is still on our list of places to see and things to do.

how wide are the gates that you must go through to get on the trail?

just wide enough!! this gate is 52" and pretty typical of those found on the south end (Circleville)..Marysvale area has wider trails..

Rhinos can access most trails..Rangers will have a harder time..

Group trip up to Paiute? I'm in!!

If that gate measures 52" its a rarity. Most of the gates installed like this are at 50". Thats the agreement between the local ATV clubs and BLM. I know for a fact that the new Polaris RZR fits but not sure about the others. I usually guide during the ATV Jamboree in September and have to restrict the larger UTV's due to trail/gate widths. Just FYI

Bump!, so who's going to Utah this summer? And have they widened those pesky gates?

We have been riding in Moab for a while. We relly like it. One thing to keep in mind is this...

NO ONE under the age of 8 may operate an OHV/ATV/Motorcycle/Snowmobile on Utah Public lands except as a participant of an organized and State approved event. (see section 41-22-29) Those between the ages of 8 and 16 years of age MUST have in their possession appropriate safety training certificate issued or approved by the division. Those 16 and older MUST have either an appropriate safety training certificate issued or approved by the division or a valid motor vehicle operator's license in his immediate possession at ALL times. (see section 41-22-30)
