Irv - What made you eliminate bumper pull (BP) trailers in favor of 5th wheels ? Sounds like you may be parked and living in your rig more than travelng around in it, and BPs can be easier to live in due to their basic box shape. Plus some of the hitches available for BPs make them as stable to tow as 5th wheels (or so I am told). You gain some 5 ft in length, but get a reduction in height and wind resistance when towing. I'm asking as much as suggesting because I'm wondering what I might go to in my next rig.

The Jayco brand is a good one, 5th whl or BP. Some friends of mine just bought a Jayco BP even though they have a truck like mine and could have gone with a fiver. A BP let them put a cap on the truck bed and gain that storage space.

I understand that a washer/dryer isn't too useful if you wear a lot of different clothes. Works best if you just cycle between two sets of jeans and sweat shirts (or something similar), or so I understand. Others may have different opinions.

And yes, I do like my Northwoods Nash.

I hope you like small quarters if you go less than 34 foot. and some of the brands mentioned are not full time units.
Especially in Hobbs NM in the winter.
