Well we'll all be rooting for you. If your buyers are anxious it'll help motivate them to be realistic on their property. We'll be anxiously awaiting the announcement of your closing

Congrats and welcome to the FREEDOM club.

We started to go out to dinner but decided Ben & Jerry's was better so we celebrated with a ICECREAM CAKE for dinner

Congrats. We have had our house in Prescott AZ for sale since Feb 2007. Price has been dropped 140k, no bites, no offers. Still out on the road but getting rid of the house sure would make things more comfortable

Well, got a call from our realtor today. Potential buyer from Saturday loves the place. EXCEPT FOR - we have a large 20x30 steel building garage/workshop on the property that hubby assembled.

Wants us to remove it! The wife thinks its ugly. WHAT???? Would that also include the 12" concrete foundation??? I don't think so.

Unless they agree to FULL asking price and then we could sell it and the buyer dismantle it. The concrete would still be there and I don't think she would think it was very pretty either!!!
