Well, it's not sold but we got a 2 year lease starting in August. Hopefully the market will turn by then and we'll get a little more for it by waiting.
Now I can take a breath,,,,,,,aaaahhhhhhhhhh.

No contingencies to drop.
Why Full-Timing? Because at my age, I have maybe 40 more chances to see flowers bloom.

That was very nice of you to stick around and help them.
Glad you got your house sold too. Welcome to The Freedom Club!
It's good to see some of our forum members 'finally' seeing some activity on their real estate and getting to hit the road.

We listed our house on Dec. 28th (nice time, huh?) It's now June 28th and 5 people have seen it...one today but haven't heard, so it's probably not good news. But we decided to leave it and go seasonal to Texas. So we're sitting in the Texas Hill Country waiting for the sale. The house is full of furniture and everything for showing. Our youngest son is in and out several days a month (flight attendant). The minute we get a contract, we'll head back and dump the world, then come back "home" to the 5'er and HEAD OUT to parts unknown. Please pray for a quick sale! Thanks for asking...

Thanks all. My last day of work is Thursday....I'm independent on Independence Day! Kewl, huh?
And good luck lady! But why not sell everything now? An empty house (some say) is easier to sell then a full one.
