First I paid about $8000.00 to much for my coach. I didn't do my home work. You see, the salesman was so caring and concerned about my welfare that I got sucked in hook, line and sinker. I got the same thing after I finally picked up mine too. Its a long story but the bottom line is Mike Thompson RV will take you to the cleaners any chance they get.
And as has been posted several times on your thread. Do your homework, you signed the contract, nobody made you sign. The time for buyers remorse is BEFORE the contract is signed, not after.

Well, it sounds to me that the sales rep. promised something he could not deliver vis-a-vis the fuel. Big surprise. You were taken for a few hundred bucks.
If it isn't in writing, it does not exist. Don't expect a check.
FWIW, when we first started looking into getting an RV, we happen to pass MT's lot and stopped to look at what they had.
We were greeted by one salesperson, explained what we were looking for.
On the way out to look at the trailers, we were passed from this sales person to another with the explaination that she only dealt in "highend sales."
What we were shown wasnt what we had told either one of the sales we were looking for.
They tried to explain that they had just come off a RV show and were on a "rush" of some kind.
After looking, as we left the lot, we thought that if the sales staff is that uncaring about a sale, we could only imagine what the servive would be like.
We ended going to Stier's in Valencia next to CW. and found the RV we now have.
I was thinking the same thing. Where did this come from?
Well for a progress report i took the trailer in for service and they promised they would take care of it. My service advisor said taht he would take it to the owner and i should recieve the check by the time the trailer was ready. Well that came and went and then no check in the mail. Called and the service advisor forgot who i was and never called back.
Long story short. It is a learning experence and I obviously will not be refering to MT. $140 extra in their pocket. They might need it. Learned lesson: if it isnt paid out when you sign the docs they are lying to you.
Raptor 3216 is a great trailer nothing to complain about the product just the dealer.
There a couple of RV magazines that have a department which attempts to resolve this type of issues between RV'ers and providers. I think Trailer Life is one of them. For what it is worth, I bought my Keystone Sprinter from RV World, Yuma, AZ and have always been treated great.

Fuzzorro resurected this thread. Over on his thread, where he complained about MTRV, he got told he didn't do his homework. So, I guess, he finally searched on Mike Thompson. I guess he didn't bother to look at the date. That's why this came back up.
It would be nice to hear from the OP if this got fixed; but I doubt it did. I, too, am a MTRV customer.

If you read the whole post that you just quoted above - you would have found out what happened as phartlov is the OP back in January and updated what happened when the thread was resurrected.
I've warned many people away from MTRV - we walked in and RAN out. They are horrible to do business with.
Not having any personal experience with MTRV, at the end of the day, all we have is our reputation, good or bad and that includes RV dealers, which can be said about any business. When the big things are hard to correct and at least if the attempts are made over and over again until corrected, I believe most people have tolerance. Most of the time it's one or two people that creates the negativity and if the ownership/management knew, I'm sure it would be easily resolved.
I'll never understand the little things that are easy to correct by a business that sometimes causes irreparable damage.
One suggestion might be to add a "dealer response" to the forum much like most of the RV mags offer. These are also offered on other RV forums and I must admit, most issues seem to get resolved or at least explained.
Good luck with your RV
