I really did it! For last years party I made the best shrimp boil ever. Click here for the unbelievable crowd pleaserI don't know how to top it. I thought about something simple like sloppy joes and homemade potato chips but that doesn't seem good enough. I have a reputation to live up to you know! Any help would be appreciated I asked guests to bring things but I am providing the main dish. Thanks in advance.

We like to theme our party based around who's playing, with foods from the region, or in the team's colors...

You can never go wrong with the shrimp boil. Which we call Beaufort Stew in the South. Nothing can top that in my opinion.

Since the Cowboys will be playing, go with a Texas favorite....BBQ and beer! What time is the party? I can be there early to help set up!

The staple of our super bowl parties are always nachos (chicken and beef, in spicy ranges: Wimpy, Hot and Rip-The-Face-Right-Off-You) and My DW's famous (regionally anyway) Colon-Corroding Chili.

Add in a good group of football fans, some frosty beverages and with a little luck, a competitive game, and you have the makings of a great Sunday Night (but, admittedly, not such a wonderful Monday :-( ).

Anyway, whatever the fare, the company will make or break the party, so don't sweat the small stuff!

I'm hoping for some Texas fare too. Already got some Lone Star and Shiner ready to go on the ice.

Me thinks a Lobster bake will be the order of the day, with some good old fashion New England Clam Chowda

I'd vote quality pulled pork or baby back ribs.
