The Jan/Feb 2008 issue of the Escapees had an article regarding Hogar De Refugio Infantil Vill Juarez in Sonora which was devistated by Hurricane Henriette and is now being relocated near Navojoa. They need clothing and/or supplies. They have 12 FHU RV sites for volunteers. We visited this orphanage last year and delivered a load of Spanish Language school books. They have a very nice setup although the RV area was not quite ready for use so we dry camped on the campus.
Very nice people, some speak English, most accommodating and we hope to visit them again and take needed items down. They do have a library but somewhat sparse with books.
We encourage anyone that can to provide help to this organization.
