Queen mattress is not the greatest, mem foam in the works. We like the venitian blinds over the pull shades. The biggest problem so far is keeping the kids out of it. I think it seems to be a well-built unit.
I put the mem foam on our bed and it's like having a new
mattress.

It's very common to talk pricing on this forum, I see it all the time. Perhaps someone with the same model can chime in here.
Fact is, the pricing ought to be good this time of year. Most "no trade-in deal" TT's can be had for 25-35% below MSRP, if you can find that figure. I also believe the purpose of the inflated MSRP is to allow people to "trade-up" in a year or two and not APPEAR to be upside down. I would think another 5-10% due to the season and the economy wouldn't be out of reach for the savvy negotiator.
My wife actually negotiated the best deal we ever got on a vehicle. We had test driven at a vehicle over the weekend, but I was unavailable when she was ready to purchase. We had researched the values of both the desired unit and the trade-in and came up with a dollar amount between them. She bought it for the exact amount we figured, but it took her 2 hours to do it (usually I will split the difference if they get within a couple hundred bucks). Before she left, they offered her a job in the sales department.
Remember, it's a buyer's market and you're at the wheel. If you can save $1000 for 2 hours of negotiating, that's $500 per hour.

This is my favorite floor plan as well. I like the big bathroom and since it's just the two of us the floor plan will be like living in a nice sized condo. We are still trying to decide between an Allegro or Newmar class A and a Sunnybrook trailer but if we go with a trailer this is the floor plan we want. We'll be at the Pleasanton show this weekend to compare the two side by side.
Sunset Creek is also sold by one of the internet dealers so you can compare prices. Possibly RV wholesalers.com but I am not sure. They will give you their price.
