Isn't this question a bit backwards? Any dealer can be a "nice guy" when they are selling you a unit. Basically they give you a price and do the prep. If they don't prep it properly, your going to wait until they do. The only question will be who has the lowest price and how far do I have to travel? If your buying far away, the service is a moot point because your not going back anyway.
On the other hand, the only value a dealership can add to the transaction is service after the sale. Anyone who owns an RV will probably agree that once you have purchased the unit, service becomes the biggest concern. Of course one would be better off to ignore that part of ownership until after they have found and paid the lowest price possible anywhere in the world.
From reading this Forum, most will learn that the lowest price is always available somewhere other than where you happen to live. Even if you happen to live next door to the dealer everyone else says is the cheapest one around. People in California buy in Indiana and people in Ohio buy in California. Strange how that works. In my opinion, the $5,000 you save could well be the most expensive $5,000 you have ever spent!

We have bought our last two coaches from Tim Demartini at Demartini.com. We will be doing our third one this summer. Tim is right there with the lowest price and incredible delivery, but most important to us is this is a family where their word is their bond and they stand by the coach and the deal 100%. Great experience with integrity value.

I bought my Mobile Suite from Bishop RV Center in Corpus Christi, TX. I couldn't have been happier. We ran into some small problems after the purchase and the service dept.took care of our minor issues and got me back on the road within a couple of hours. The sales dept was not pressuring me into a purchase. It was a wonderful experience doing business with them.

We had a great experience with B&R Camper Sales in Butler, PA. It's a little small, but family owned and great with sales and service.

Purchased from RVDirect several years ago. Was a great experience.
Saved almost $4000. Local dealer would not budge.
Only had to drive about 150 miles to pick up.
Good Luck in your dealings.

If you are looking for a 5er, I would suggest driving to Walnut Ridge in New Castle, IN about 40 miles to your west They claim to be the leading 5er dealer in the Midwest & they do have a very large selection. I have friends who have bought from them and they were very pleased. I have shopped there but bought my current trailer from a Starcraft dealer. If you need directions, PM me.
