I was 8 yrs old.And we had snow 3 wednesdays in a row in Jan.,which was quite unusuall for a southern town. Also remember running around barefoot, shirtless, with cutoff blue jeans in the summer, and no sun-block,camping outside with nothing but a piece of plastic and a quilt.

'68 was a super big year for me. I don't really remember much of it being born late in '67 and all. However I'm pretty sure I learned to walk and talk that year both of which are skills that have came in handy over the last four decades.
Got married at the end of '68 at the ripe old age of 20...still married to the same woman. Spent the next two years going to college, drinking beer, camping, having a good time. Then I won the only da** lottery I have ever won...the draft lottery. The next two years weren't too nifty...but '68 was great!
