Often times I have problems accessing RV.Net. I use Firefox and it times out. Is it my computer and internet connection? or do other people have the same problem? Is the RV.Net server overwork?

Please give me enough troubles, uncertainty, problems, obstacles and STRESS so that I do not become arrogant, proud, and smug in my own abilities, and enough blessings and good times that I realize that someone else is in charge of my life.

Nope, it's just not you, it does seem that the servers are having issues today.

I lost a few posts due to timeouts all weekend plus today - must be some server issues.
It's real slow right now.

All I can do is suggest that you try one of the other portals - I've been haveing luck with the TrailerLife portal.

Here is a post that has links to all of the ways to enter the forum.

Alternate "portals" to the RV.net Open Roads Forums

This thread is moving from Technology Corner to Forum Technical Support.

TL portal very slow, as is rv.net. This happens periodically. I think everyone has cabin fever!! It's not Firefox per se, as I have the same problem using IE.

They're back. I think this is the longest they have been down in the years I've been on here. Hopefully it's for the best!

This forum handles thousands of messages a day, and archives I would bet 100s of thousands if not millions, there are bound to be server issues occasionally.

Overall, I think for FREE they are doing a great job.
