"In spite of all the issues we love the coach and interior/exterior workmanship. And by the way Jayco is upgrading the springs for me at no cost and belive may do more as time goes along."
If they have "already replaced your springs 'at no cost' and you believe
they may do more for you"........
Then WHY this rant that Jayco is doing NOTHING for you???

That statement is not quite true. GM supplied Jayco what they ordered. Jayco ordered the 22K chassis (or at least my 34SS) with the GQ0 spring option which is 15,000 lbs. They could have ordered the GN2 option which is the 19,000 lb. capacity springs. Jayco has started ordering all new chassis with the 19,000 lb springs.
I still do not quite understand how the chassis is rated at 22,000 lb. but the spring capacity is 27,000 lb. (8K front & 19K rear).
My statement is totally true or GM wouldn't be warranting the springs and Jayco would have to find the fix. I observed the e-mail correspondence between GM and Jayco and GM is standing the problem. I doubt GM would be replacing parts if Jayco had mis-spec an item. This appears to be GM problem and not a Jayco from what I have seen.
GM is also good about stepping up to the plate whenever there is a "grey area" issue, at least they were when I was a GM technician. It's all about perception and we made a lot of customers happy by doing so.
I remember we replaced 2 engines, one in a FWD-van the other in a car. Both had mileage in the 20-25k range, arrived out of oil and on a hook.
Neither customer could should documentation where a drop of oil had been added or changed. I'm certain that neither engine had the oil checked since new. Both received new engines on GM's dime.
These are just 2 of many abuse items that I saw warranted, but they were the largest ticket items and as a result they stick in my memory. I never saw that kind of support from Honda, BMW or VW.
Kudos to GM for working with Jayco whatever the reason. I feel sure it is an investment in their future.

There must be different warranty issues then with the springs. My spring upgrade was paid by Jayco at a local spring shop. If it was a GM warranty issue I am sure I would have been directed to a GM dealer.
Now if we could get them to warranty a real set of shocks.
I have owned several RV's over the past 20 yrs, class C's, Class A's and two fith wheels. None of them were perfect from the factory and needed some improvement along the way.
Automobiles are no different...the factory shocks on most are******and are only good for about 15K miles before you need new ones.
My wife and I like the layout of the Jayco Greyhawk we have but intend to at least replace the shocks as a first step for improvement. The recent problem I had with my Greyhawk was handled to my satisfaction by the dealer and Jayco, although it took more time than I would have liked.
