Personally, I think it is difficult enough sometimes to find a place to park overnight, without developing an attitude that all RV Parks are lousy and I will not park there. I think it is more enjoyable to get along with my camping neighbors, than it is to go tell them they are jerks because the do not have the same RV as I do.
I think ranting about how you dislike a given type of RV, is just as arrogant as the RV'ers you are ranting about.
I think it is great they can refuse business to anyone. That is one of the reasons I served in the military. Besides, less competition for me at WalMart.

Right on, Wayne. We are all RV"ing basicly for the same reason, We enjoy it. If we are rich and enjoy it or if we are poor and enjoy it, it is the same.

We do not accept Tents, Pop-ups and Van Conversions.
Where does it say no truck camper?
When you say "We do not accept Tents, Pop-ups and Van Conversions."
Are you saying that you or your staff don't object to truck campers?
Are you posting as the trailer park owner or as a 5th wheel owner?

I like parking beside your camper at the prison cause it doesn't have those old Bigfoot decals. Towing the suki is kind of a put off, but a real handy one.
We stayed at a campground in Hinckley, Minnisota, I guess more of a resort. They had a pool a golf course and a casino. We were the smallest thing in there and it was pretty close to full. They welcome us with open arms. We were surounded with, milliom dollar motor homes, but they were generally fiendly. This place was so fancy, never mind the manacured grass and landing pad, they had a mailbox in front of the site and if you wanted to go to the golf course or the casino, put the flag up and a jitny bus would come buy in a shor time and pick you up free and as I remember it, it was only about $25.00 a night and I kept most of my money in my pocket and had a great time there.

My wife & I have been turned away before at a RV Resort, they said it's their policy & exceptions are not permitted regardless of age or cost. We were embarrassed & felt very second class, not being someone who takes no very well, let alone being denied by someone that works behind a counter, I was pissed ! My wife, the politically correct mature one here gave me that look, so....like always, I shut up & we left. I still don't understand this policy but I guess it really doesn't matter at this point. Now, when we make reservations I always ask if truck campers are welcome? Then I get this uuummmm What's a truck camper ? LoL

Man check those prices, I have a little land under the brooklyn bridge I am trying to unload, Are you interested?
What part don't you understand? That a fully loaded Host Everest on a F550 runs could cost 130K or that you can find a tent trailer for 5k?
Don't know about the host, might have gold faucets, but I do know I could buy a new Ford f550 King Ranch for $60,000. No offense though that is a sweet looking rig. Just priced the host everest $32,000 base price, $67375 for all options, thats a hoot, anyone have this decked out like this?
