Anyone get out this weekend? All the Il. pics looks like they had a good time and the park was pretty much theirs for the taking. I still have yet to move my camper. Stupid weather. I think Dads' is still in the garage yet to de-winterized.
Roger and Alicia, I think I drove by your house on Friday night while heading up to the folks' house for a birthday party. That big tiger on the back of your class A gives you away.

We went to Clear Lake State Park this weekend. I got there Wednesday with my dog. Wife followed after work on Friday. Weather was rough all weekend. I had a fire Wednesday night and that was all. Cold and windy. Just good to get away. We will be in Iowa City next weekend for Mother's Day. Having lunch with my daughter and her family and dinner with my son and his current lady friend. Will try to check out Sugar Bottom. Talked to the son today and he said the lower part of Sugar Bottom was flooded. If the water gets high enough to affect the group circle there will be a whole bunch of people in trouble.
Hope I feel better by then. I'm looking forward to having FUN.

Yes Glen, that was us, you should of stopped and said hi, we were home. And Randy, if the water gets up to the group area at Sugar Bottom, we better all start building an arch. It is pretty far from the water.

Romer1: Did you attend a IL rally last spring at (forget name) campground S. of Galena? We were only ones from Iowa at that one. It was a Hawiian theme - great time. If you can get to Sugar Bottom and the loop is full, we still have 054 reserved that isn't being used.

Yes Mt. Carroll! We had a 5th wheel then. My gosh - was that last year or year before? Time has been going so fast lately and we're getting too soon too old. We now have a mini motorhome.
