We're considering a purchase from Tim DeMartini and live in New England. Has anyone from NE purchased from there? Indiana or CA, we're looking at Scepter or Camelot, also considering Allegro Bus but don't know dealership we'd purchase from. Have had Winnie Chieftain diesel and currently Dutch Star, purchased from same dealership. This dealer is out of higher end business and we can't purchase from them again. We had good service experience there and they're fairly local. Thanks for info.

I have no hesitation recommending the DeMartini dealership in Indiana. I have had the opportunity to work with Rod Martin, the manager of the Indiana store, extensively and I think you would be hard-pressed to find a nicer more accommodating individual. He and his staff are honest folks that will go the extra distance to make you happy in your purchase and any service you may need. As a bonus, you will probably get a very good deal by going through them.

I too can echo the comments on Demartini in Indidana. We purchase our 2008 Diplomat 40SKQ when they first came out last summer and have been totally satisfied. We drove from Southern Maryland twice to do a factory tour and talk with DeMartini - went through Ron Cole - also met Rod and everyone is top notch. They don't have a Monaco franchise (last I heard) but they will work through their California office and it's no sweat. As you know Holiday Rambler and Monaco come off the line side by side. Feel free to contact Tim DeMartini in California if you have any other concerns.

We bought from the CA. store, and have been to the Indiana store for warranty work while on the the road. Both stores are great to work with and the experience is top notch, be it purchase or service. No salesman games played, and what you see is what you get.

You've read some nice replies, some of which I probably private messaged in the past as a result of buying our 07 Dynasty from Tim DeMartini in California. Although the dealer is important, the highest compliment goes to the folks at Monaco Oregon. The Service and Customer Support we have received is OUTSTANDING. When it comes to Coach Manufactures you won't find a better staff of people anywhere that are more customer oriented.
Just go to one of the Monaco's sponsored Rallies and you won't believe how well this company takes care of their customers, especially after the sale.
A "Big Thank You" goes out to Joel Elmore, Fred Donley(retired),Erick Parks, Larry Iller, Jeff Butler, Mike Snell, April Klein(& her staff), Bubby Tillery(Bubby Bear) and Duane Pedersen for their outstanding service and support. Our Dynasty is a one of a kind master piece of technology, quality materials and fantastic workmanship.

I have read many good things about them but as a Tiffin owner I can attest it doesn't matter where you purchase the coach. Bob Tiffin has paid for work done across the country at NON-tiffin dealerships. "anywhere you can get it done Mr. Blair and we'll take care of it". End of discussion.
Many have said: "Why buy an extended warranty? You have a Tiffin".
They have taken care of several items well out of warranty.
For what it's worth.
